Hi, I'm Vicki Marvel

When my kids were in school I was a reading tutor. As a tutor, I noticed that many of the books children were reading were entertaining but didn’t always teach them something meaningful, so I decided to create stories that could do both. One day, I wrote Snuggle Britches in less than 30 minutes, and that little story became the beginning of my journey as a writer. Years later, the birth of my first great-grandchild, Marlee, inspired me to return to writing, and today I create books inspired by my great-grandchildren to help children learn, grow, and discover important lessons through stories.
